Frequently asked questions

I can't sign in

Tunga supports Google, Apple and email sign-in. If a sign-in attempt fails, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, email us with the error message shown on screen and the sign-in method you used.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to you. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder.

How do I change my name?

Open the Profile tab and tap the pencil icon next to your name.

A question or translation looks wrong

Every exercise has a Report button in the top-right corner. Tap it, describe the problem, and it reaches us together with the lesson details. We review these regularly.

Subscriptions

Tunga is free to download and use. An optional Premium subscription removes ads and unlocks the transcript in listening lessons.

• Manage or cancel: iOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Restore purchases: open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the account used to buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Profile tab and tap Delete account at the bottom. This permanently removes your account and learning data. If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address and we will delete it for you.

My progress or streak looks wrong

Progress is synced to our servers. If something looks off after using the app offline, open the app with an internet connection so it can sync. If it still looks wrong, email us.

Tunga is a Turkish learning app. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address and display name, provided when you sign up with email, Google or Apple. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only receive the relay address.
• Learning data — lessons completed, exercise answers, XP, streaks and review schedules, so your progress is available across devices.
• Problem reports — when you use the Report button, we receive your note, your email address and details of the exercise.
• Diagnostics — anonymous crash and usage data via Firebase.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your learning data for advertising targeting.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (authentication, analytics), our own servers for learning content and progress, RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google AdMob (ads in the free version) and Resend (delivering problem reports to us). These providers process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab, or by emailing emrahvardar26@gmail.com. You may also request a copy of your data at the same address.

Children

Tunga is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above.
